Marshall is an artist, designer, brand strategist, and community organizer. He is the Creative-N-Chief of Artfluential a creative agency with a focus on brand, culture & visual strategy for social impact. He is also co-founder of Creative Control Fest and the Maroon Arts group. He serves on a number of non-profit boards and is acting creative director with Ohio Organizing Collaborative. Marshall has presented two Tedx Talks and won numerous creative and leadership awards. He subscribes to the idea "anything not designed by nature is designed by someone", so we can design places, spaces, and things that are more equitable for all people.
