Mike Podhorzer served as Political Director of the AFL-CIO for ten years and is now Senior Advisor to the President.  He is also Founder and Chair of the Analyst Institute, the Polling Consortium and the Independent Strategic Research Collaborative (ISRC), and was an original board member and co-chair of Catalist for eleven years. Podhorzer was recognized as an early leader in evidence-driven politics in the book, The Victory Lab. He has worked in politics for the last forty-five years; 2020 was his eleventh presidential election.  In 2020, he played an important role preparing for Trump’s attacks on the election and his attempts to overturn the results.
