Regina Schwartz has built and lead large-scale programs that support power and infrastructure of grassroots organizations, increased civic engagement, and effective government. She is a recognized expert in impact and measurement in politics and philanthropy, as well as the practice of organizing and community building.  She is currently a consultant and donor advisor for multiple power building, capacity development and infrastructure projects. Her experience includes as the Director of Movement and Capacity Building for CZI, Director of the Public Engagement Unit for the City of New York, Chief of Staff for Intergovernmental Affairs for NYC, Deputy Director of the Analyst Institute, consultant on evidence based best practices and RCTs for the Obama Campaign, Campaign and Office of Kirsten Gillibrand, Union organizing and varied political and philanthropic consulting engagements.
