In 2021, DPI worked with the Center for Information and Research on Civic Learning & Engagement (CIRCLE), a non-partisan, independent research organization focused on youth civic engagement in the United States at Tufts, to highlight and elevate connections between youth voting and youth movements showing that youth movements led to young people reporting an increased understanding of the role of government in their lives.
